My Story
Originally from New York City, Chef Katie began working in restaurants as a dishwasher at the age 15.
​
Within a year she went from dishwasher to prep cook to serving as head chef while attending high school. Throughout college she worked in all aspects of the hospitality industry. She then migrated to the corporate world but knew it wasn't for her. At the age of 30, decided to dedicate her life to the culinary arts and relocated to Los Angeles where everything began to take off.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Chef Katie refined her skills in prestigious kitchens under Michelin-trained chefs. She transitioned into private chef work, catering to high-profile clients.






Chef Katie creates exceptional dining experiences from intimate dinners to week-long retreats. She uses fresh herbs, local produce, unique combinations of spices and switches out ingredients in heavy, much-loved comfort foods to make meals that are nutritious without ever sacrificing taste.
Certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she specializes in sports nutrition and food as medicine. Her passion is customizing meals for very unique and specific dietary needs.
